These Terms and Conditions govern the use of membership subscriptions offered by LuxetexBalloonsNZ (“the Company”). By signing up to any of our membership offerings, you agree to abide by these terms.

 

2. Subscription Plans

 

a. Yearly Subscription:

 

• This plan grants access to wholesale prices for a period of one year from the date of subscription.

 

• The subscription fee for the yearly plan is $11.99 payable annually in advance.

 

• Access to wholesale prices is valid only during the active subscription period.

 

b. All in 1 (Unlimited Access Subscription:

 

• This plan grants unlimited, perpetual access to wholesale prices with a one-time payment.

 

• The fee for the all in 1 – unlimited access subscription is $24.99 payable as a one-time payment upon subscribing. 

 

3. Payment Terms

 

a. Payments for the yearly subscription are due annually and can be commenced on any date deemed practical by the customer. A reoccurring email will be sent out 21days prior to the end of your annual subscription. Action will be required in means of re-registration in order to continue receiving membership wholesale prices. 

 

b. The one-time payment for the unlimited access subscription is due upon subscription and is non-refundable.

C. Payment collection for initial subscription will be sent out via email with an invoice to follow upon acceptance of your wholesale registration. 

 

4. Membership Benefits

 

a. Members are entitled to purchase products at our exclusive wholesale rate offered by the Company during the active subscription period.

 

b. The Company reserves the right to modify or change the wholesale prices or terms associated with each subscription plan at any time.

 

5. Termination

 

a. Members may cancel their yearly subscription at any time on their own terms by simply withdrawing shopping rights on their own accord. Refunds will not be offered. 

 

b. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member’s access to wholesale prices for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

a. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the members subscription services.

 

7. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Aotearoa, New Zealand. 

 

8. Changes to Terms

 

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the subscription services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
